📣 Spring Break begins this Friday, April 2nd, which is a holiday.  School will be closed April 5th through April 9th.  We will be back in session on Monday, April 12th, which will also be the first day for all 6th grade face-to-face students to begin attending four days per week.

📣 Penny Wars is coming to an end this week!  Through March 31st, our PTO will be collecting pennies and other change in a schoolwide competition for every classroom!  Pennies are worth a point each for your class, but silver and dollar bills can be placed into opposing classrooms’ jars to take points away from them!  The winning class will earn a Pizza Party!

📣 Kindergarten Registration is Live!  We are excited to announce that it is time to register students for Kindergarten next year!  If you have a child (or know a child) that will be 5 years old before August 31, 2021, then it is time to start the enrollment process for next school year (2021-2022)!  

The first step in the enrollment process is to complete the online enrollment form.  Please click on the link below for more information.  Once you complete this enrollment form, we will have your child's name on our list for Kindergarten!  The registration form can be completed in English or Spanish.

The second step in the enrollment process is to call the school at (828) 459-7921 to schedule an appointment for your child's DIAL screening and parent orientation.  Appointments will be scheduled on Friday, May 14th, 2021 between 8:30 and 3:30.  Some students will not need to be screened on the DIAL (if their current Preschool does DIAL screening).  However, we still want to invite all parents and students to schedule an appointment on this day so they can attend the parent orientation!  We will also ask parents to bring important registration paperwork with you to this appointment.
